By accessing or using the ThePetWala platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform.
2. User Obligations
Users must be at least 18 years of age to list or inquire about pets. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration and listing process.
3. Listing & Adoption
ThePetWala is a marketplace facilitating connections. We are not a party to any adoption agreement. Curators are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings and the health of their pets.
4. Prohibited Content
Illegal acts, scamming, or mistreatment of animals is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to remove any listing or user that violates our community standards.
